Carved lamp base in dark wood ash glaze (short neck)

Carved lamp base in dark wood ash glaze. Thrown on the potter's wheel, the lamp base was carved by hand and then fired for 20 hours in a wood kiln, where swirling ash interacts with the glaze to create unique surface details. 

 

Lamp base (including neck and bulb holder) is approximately 27cm tall and comes wired with a 2.5m cable complete with in-line switch. Lamp base can be teamed with any shade to suit your home.
