Delivery
I take great care in packaging and shipping your handmade ceramics, and use Royal Mail Tracked delivery services to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and efficiently. Shipping costs are always kept to a minimum and are calculated at checkout based on the size of the order. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days, and you will receive tracking notifications.

International shipping is currently not available at checkout, but please feel free to contact me for a quote. For orders shipped internationally, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Please note, due to new GPSR regulations I am sadly unable to ship to the EU.
I take great care in packaging, but occasionally things can go wrong during transit. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, I will replace the item for you as soon as possible or provide a refund where replacement is not possible. Please contact me within two days of receiving your order and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Sustainable Packaging
In the interest of sustainability, I strive to reduce, reuse and recycle wherever possible. When it comes to wrapping and packaging your ceramics, I use 100% recyclable or compostable materials. However, there is still a lot of plastic packaging in circulation and so, on occasion, I may re-purpose plastic bubble wrap or fillers that I have received to prolong the useful life of these products. This flexible strategy ensures that your new ceramics arrive safely and in one piece while limiting our impact on the environment.
Returns & Exchanges
I hope deeply that you are happy with your purchase, but I do appreciate that sometimes an item arrives that is not quite as expected.
My ceramics are made in small batches in my home studio and are designed to include the marks of making by hand. Slight variations in size, shape, and glaze between pieces and batches are to be expected and are what make handmade ceramics so special. I do my very best to list accurate dimensions, sizes and images of items.
If you would like to return an item, please send me an email within 14 days of receiving the item and I will offer a full refund on its safe return. The buyer will be expected to pay the return postage—unless the item is faulty—and the items must be returned undamaged. I'm afraid personalised items are not eligible for return.
