Squared bowl with wood ash glaze and ash deposits

Wheel-thrown and altered stoneware bowl, with wood ash glaze and ash deposits. Fired for 14 hours in a wood kiln where ash and flame alter the glaze and clay, creating unique surface details on the finished piece. 

 

Bowl is approximately 20 cm wide and 5 cm tall.
