Whether you're brand new to pottery or a hobbyist looking to refine your skills, this two-hour private lesson is designed around you.

As a beginner, you'll learn the essentials—centering clay, pulling walls, and shaping your pots. If you're more experienced, I'll help you work toward your specific goals. Either way, you'll have plenty of time to practice with one-to-one guidance in a relaxed and supportive environment.

At the end of the session, you can choose your two favourite pots to be trimmed, glazed in your choice of colour, and fired twice in my electric kiln. They’ll be ready for collection or delivery within 3–6 weeks. Additional items can also be fired for a small supplementary fee.

This lesson is only suitable for children age 12 and up. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Please note, spots for lessons are limited as I need to balance teaching with my own studio work. If no availability is listed, it means all spots are full. I understand it can be disappointing if the session you want isn’t available, but I update my schedule on a rolling basis, allowing bookings up to five weeks in advance. You can register your interest here to receive notifications when new dates are released.

Please note: You can cancel your booking up to 7 days before the workshop for a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 7 days in advance cannot be refunded, but you’re welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member—just let me know their name before the workshop starts. In the rare event that I need to cancel a workshop, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
